Squirrel Point Light

Located on the southwestern tip of Arrowsic Island, Squirrel Point Light is an active aid to navigation on the Kennebec River. The lighthouse and surrounding property are owned by the federal government and are maintained by the Citizens for Squirrel Point. The grounds are open to the public and can be reached via a hiking path, but there are no motorized vehicles allowed.
