Photographing the 2024 Total Eclipse was an amazing experience. With hours of planning, I determined the most unique place for me to photograph the eclipse would be from the shores of Davis Pond off Wapiti Road, just outside Mt. Chase, Maine. The hike in was about 3/4 of a mile and due to the recent storms, it required Snowshoes and a jet sled to get my gear and provisions to my planned site. This was an amazing experience I got to share with my father and one other adventurous soul from Upstate New York. The photos below are the results.
