Katahdin Stream Falls

When people think about The Hunt Trail on Mount Katahdin, they’re most likely looking forward to summiting the peak and reaching the end of the Appalachian trail. Katahdin Stream falls is about a mile up the Hunt Trail from Katahdin Stream Campground. In order to see the true magnificence of the falls, you need to trek down a short side trail that leads to two viewing areas just below the Hunt Trail.
