Hemlock Bridge

Hemlock bridge in East Fryeburg was built in 1857 across an old channel of the Saco River. It is a 109 Foot Paddleford Truss bridge that was strengthened with Laminated wooden arches. This bridge is still in use today, but sees very little traffic as it is well out of the way of major throughways.
